Please be vigilant, the new homes development may still be under construction.  For your own protection and that of your family please be careful, and at no time should you enter any construction areas without being accompanied by the Merchant Homes’ Site Manager when you will be required to wear the appropriate protective equipment.

Your Merchant Homes’ property is the product of many skills and hundreds of different materials.  It has been carefully constructed.  However, much like any quality product, the more care you take to maintain, and look after, your new home will mean you will get lasting enjoyment out of it.

Please remember to consider the information on running in your new home within the Zurich “Guide to Your New Home” booklet.

Once you have moved in we will arrange a courtesy visit within 7 days of your completion.  At this stage our Site Manager will discuss with you any matters requiring our attention.  All matters will be dealt with expeditiously.
