Bridging Loan

A bridging loan basically “bridges the gap” where the date of the sale of your property and the date of purchase of your new home differ or until your long-term finance comes through from your mortgage lender.

Buildings Insurance

Cover for the bricks and mortar. It is advisable to review insurance cover regularly.

Flatted developments are generally covered by a communal buildings insurance policy arranged by the Managing Agent/Factor.
