Merchant Homes are delighted to be partnering with Linthouse Housing Association in the disposal of their 12 apartments for sale under the New Supply Shared Equity Scheme (sometimes known as LIFT).

The apartments for sale are situated on the 3rd, 4th and 5th floors of each of the two blocks and all will enjoy the benefit of balconies, lift access and allocated parking.

A pre-launch home buying workshop was held on Wednesday, 9 December 2009 at the Luv Cafe, which proved to be a great success with expert mortgage and legal advice to hand thus offering interested parties full information on the evening.

The NSSE sales process is now underway and the apartments are selling fast.
